This photo was taken on April 17th, 2011 after a Tornado ripped through our neighborhood. The little barn was right across the street from our home.

Too close for comfort. We were watching weather radar on TV and it showed our neighborhood as a bulls eye.

That was a really scary day. I hid at my neighbor’s house but we were very lucky it missed us by 3 miles.

We hid in the downstairs coast closet. Just missed us. Skipped over our house but then touched down a few houses down the street.
