I’m trying hard not to get frustrated with my current/past carrier. My wife and I had two cell phones with the same company. I transferred my number to a different carrier. That took a week. Then I wanted to transfer my wife’s number to my old cell phone from her phone (because mine was newer and had a camera). Same carrier keep in mind. My first call to them was Monday. After finally making it through to tech support they informed me that it would take a few hours to accomplish this and would call me back. No call back Monday. Called Tuesday, customer service rep went over yesterday’s events and apologized for technical support not returning my call. A repeat of Monday. Again tech support did not return my call. I made the fourth call this morning and was told it would take an additional 24 to 48 hours to FINISH transferring my number. Meanwhile my wife has no cell phone.
I won’t name the carrier but none of the calls were great calls!

I have used Net10 prepaid phones for 9 years now, and never had a problem. They have enough plans to suit anyone, no contracts, and last week I wanted to change my phone number, it took all of 5 minutes and pushing a couple buttons. I have traveled all over the states with it, and always had service. I hope you get your situation settled soon!

Sounds like the same supplier as we have in Australia.
Got a pre-paid with Amaysim for my husband – much cheaper calls, no flagfall charge, $20 can last up to 3 months – or you use it first, my “Plan” costs $35 a month and doesn’t even allow in that Plan for an international call – that is an extra!!! Go figure.
