Chain Writing Game — Week 2 — Episode 8

Kerri Ann Salsac has started a new Chain Writing Game. This is the second week for it.

Different writers work on the same story, Kerrie starts us off and then we go from there with our 100 word additions. Go visit her blog and see how it works and play along!

“Where to Buddy”, the cab driver inquired.

“2207 Baltimore Avenue”

“But that’s the address of NSA Headquarters”

“Just drive, ok?”

Dennis withdrew his cell phone out of his car but before he could dial two uniformed Secret Agents surrounded the car and ordered him to get out of the cab and on the ground.

“Subject under arrest, heading back to HQ, copy?”

Just then the unmistakable sounds of an AK47 firing sounded and the cab erupted in flames.

A lot of things with this game I didn’t expect.

If you expect the unexpected, does that make the unexpected, expected?

          • Al January 5, 2014 / 3:16 pm

            Now that was unexpected

Dennis’ day is going rapidly downhill…

Pretty mild stuff compared to what’s coming. I think.

Oh yeah! I didn’t realize NSA guys use AKs, but then again, I guess they could blame the exploding cab on Iranian Quds operatives. I’m happy, now that there’s been an exploding car. Great addition!

Aw, the poor cab driver, I hope he is ok.
Innocent bystanders are always culled off in these sort of stories! You have to feel a bit sorry for them 😛

I’m not sure I understand this part:
‘Dennis withdrew his cell phone out of his car’
Did you mean to write this?

Whoa! Curveball and my swing twirled me around 🙂 Explosions, Secret Service, exploding cabs, and my turn, hahahaha! Great addition!
