Arising from the lining of my stomach
Metastasizing over many years
Leaving me weak and unable to fight
Someone always has it worse
Although this thing called Cancer is a curse!

Oh, a most horrible beast that doesn’t discriminate. I think everyone knows someone who’s encountered this monster. Great, clever use of the prompt!
