“This is the land you have been paying taxes on for the last ten years? This pathetic brown grass with decaying buildings. It’s worthless. Sell it! I don’t want the hassle of inheriting it.
“There is something you need to know Junior. Seismic imaging over the last years have confirmed that hidden some one thousand beneath the surface of this “pathetic” brown grass lies the largest untapped oil reserves in the U.S. Latest estimate is that there could be as much as 2 million barrels.”
“What’s the latest price of a barrel of oil dad?”
